01 / Scope and operator

This policy describes how Wave® processes personal data on this website. The operator is Brainwaves Engineering LLC. It applies to visitors, people who send an enquiry, and people who submit a NeuroTech order request.

02 / Data we process

For enquiries: your email address, message, and the choices you make in the personal data and optional email update checkboxes. If you write to us by email, we also process the information you include in that correspondence.

For NeuroTech order requests: product and quantity, buyer type, email address, phone number, country and delivery address. For a company order, we also receive its name and INN. We calculate an indicative price, currency and discount from the request. This form sends a request for a quote; it does not take a payment or collect bank card details.

The browser stores your selected language, your acknowledgement of the cookie notice, and order form data as described in the cookie notice. Web servers and hosting infrastructure may process technical request information such as IP address, request time, URL, browser and device details for delivery and security of the website.

Please do not include passwords, payment details, medical records or other sensitive information in a free-text message unless it is necessary for your enquiry.

03 / Why and on what basis

We use enquiry data to respond and discuss a potential project. We use order request data to review availability, calculate terms and delivery, prepare an offer and contact you. Technical data supports website operation and security. We process data on the basis of your consent where requested, your enquiry or steps toward a contract, our legal duties, and other grounds available under applicable law.

The separate optional email update checkbox records your preference for Wave® news. The current website has no newsletter sending function. We will send promotional email only when that function is connected and you have given a separate consent.

04 / Recipients and transfers

When the relevant connection is configured and a request succeeds, the website passes enquiry data or order request data to the CRM endpoint chosen by the operator. Hosting and technical providers may process data to provide the website and connected services.

The specific CRM and hosting providers and their processing locations depend on the production configuration. Before connecting a provider, the operator must verify the applicable data location and transfer requirements and update this policy if the recipients or processing materially change.

05 / Storage and deletion

We keep correspondence and order requests for the time needed to answer, discuss or fulfil the request and, where applicable, to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute. Optional email update consent remains relevant until you withdraw it. Browser storage remains until you clear it or the browser session ends, as specified in the cookie notice. We do not set a single retention period for a CRM that is not yet configured.

We use appropriate organizational and technical measures to protect data and limit access to people who need it for these purposes. When the purpose and applicable retention duties end, the data is deleted or anonymized.

06 / Your rights

You can request information about processing, ask us to correct, block or delete inaccurate or unnecessary data, and withdraw a consent. Send a request to llc.brainwaves@mail.ru. We may ask for information needed to identify you. Withdrawal does not affect processing already performed or processing permitted on another legal basis.

You can clear saved order details, language preferences and the cookie notice acknowledgement in your browser settings. The order form also provides a Clear button for its current draft.

Personal data consent for enquiries

By selecting the required consent checkbox in the enquiry form, you consent to Brainwaves Engineering LLC processing the email address and message you submit in order to receive and answer your enquiry and discuss a potential project. The processing may include collection, recording, storage, use, transfer to a connected CRM provider, deletion and destruction. The consent lasts until its purpose is achieved or you withdraw it by writing to llc.brainwaves@mail.ru, unless another legal ground requires continued processing.

Separate consent for email updates

By selecting the optional email update checkbox, you consent to Brainwaves Engineering LLC sending Wave® news, product and service updates, and offers to the email address you provided. This choice is separate from the consent needed to answer your enquiry. You can withdraw it at any time at llc.brainwaves@mail.ru or through an unsubscribe link if emails are launched. The current website does not send newsletters.
